Phoenix Maritime Corporation (PMC) is committed to provide excellent manning services to its principals by manning their ships with competent, medically fit and suitably experienced seafarers, in accordance to the STCW2010, MLC2006, and other statutory and regulatory requirements while ensuring complete, cost-effective and timely crew change operations.

The Company shall endeavor to provide exemplary QUALITY MANNING SERVICES and to render the same exemplary service in other related shipping activities, to be able to contribute to the increase in employment and business opportunities that will be beneficial in strengthening and uplifting the Filipino family in particular and the Philippine Nation in general.

Our Services

Supply of qualified seafarers to man ocean-going vessels for international trade

In addition to the manning services, support services in the form of administrative, accounting, financial services and crew training:

  • Crew orientation of all crew joining PMC-manned vessels
  • Budgeting and accounting of vessel funds
  • Crew training and upgrading seminars
  • PNI handling and management
  • Supply of safety and personal gears, recreational materials and other vessel supplies requested by Principals
  • Other support services requested by Principals

Development Programs

PMC develops top graduates of maritime schools with its Scholarship/Cadetship Program, grooming future officers to fill the Company’s fleet of qualified and competent deck/engine seafarers
